HVAC Technician Courses

The major purpose of a Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning system is to make a proper environment in a building. This is a building system that would regulate the temperature inside a building. The HVAC system would circulate the air through or around the heating and cooling device. Air would be forced to the ducts by the fan. The supply ducts would transport the conditioned air to the buildings. Then the air would be transmitted back to the heating and cooling device through the return ducts.

HVAC Training is a rapidly-developing industry that offers equal opportunities to students to work in Kerala or abroad. We provide training in everything related to AC and refrigeration, AC mechanics training, and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning training. It also offers split AC work training and Central AC work training. HVAC technicians are in high demand everywhere. The employment prospects of HVAC technicians are expected to burn brightly for quite some time. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), HVAC technician employment is expected to increase by 15 percent through 2026

Students in our Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration program learn:

  • Heating and cooling principles
  • Electrical theories
  • How to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
  • Proper installation, servicing, and replacement techniques

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, HVAC-R technicians do the following tasks:

  • HVAC-R systems should be installed, cleaned, and maintained.
  • Wire and connect electrical components. Inspect and test
  • HVAC-R components and systems.
  • Customers should be informed about any system failures.
  • Parts that are worn or damaged should be repaired or replaced.
  • Recommend routine maintenance to help the system run better.

Our hands-on approach to teaching students in our heating and cooling program allows them to develop the skills you need for an HVAC-R career.

Heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration mechanics and installers—often referred to as HVAC-R technicians—work on the systems that control the temperature and air quality in buildings.

What are all the skills you could acquire after completing this course from SMEClabs?

  • You would be able to do the design, installation, and maintenance of the HVAC system.
  • You would be able to create designs for various buildings
